Fall Conference, AzDA's Annual Autumn Meeting—Held at Arizona's Favorite Resort Getaways
Held, as the name implies, each fall at one of Arizona’s most prestigious resort hotels, AzDA’s Fall Conference welcomes over 200 attendees and over 20 exhibitors providing a quality experience for both attendees and exhibitors. While the Fall Conference doesn’t have the sheer volume of attendees as WRDE, sponsors have repeatedly raved that these annual relaxed, “getaway” meetings are an ideal opportunity to thoroughly engage members in a more intimate venue.
Over the last few years, AzDA’s Fall Conference has been hosted at the Ritz-Carlton—Dove Mountain in Marana, Little America Hotel in Flagstaff and JW Marriott Star Pass Resort and Spa in Tucson. With smaller, quainter venues, exhibit booth space and advertising opportunities are kept to a minimum, so reserve your spot well in advance. Mobile App Advertising
Cost is: $500
Drive traffic to your booth and increase your ROI. Attendees use the Fall Conference app to view notifications, course schedules, speakers, CE certificates, and vendors. It is free and compatible with Apple and Android phones.
Cost is: $675 for each drop (two available)
Friday or Saturday available (first come-first served). Includes in-room drop of collateral item (sponsor provided/non-edible goods only) with messaging for all attendees staying in the hotel room block.
Cost is: $1,000
