Held each spring, the Western Regional Dental Experience (WRDE) welcomes over 3,000 attendees and over 120 exhibitors to provide a quality convention experience for both attendees and exhibitors. WRDE Official Program: Print Advertising
The WRDE Official Program is the full size 8.5 x 11 glossy print program. Approximately 9,500 brochures will be mailed to prospective attendees to promote the convention, including over 8,500 past attendees from Arizona and the surrounding states. In addition, the WRDE Official Program is mailed to past attendees from the Midwest and East Coast states who have used our show to escape the cold weather and jump-start their summer! The WRDE Official Program will also be available onsite at the kiosks throughout the event venue with an expected distribution of 1,000 additional copies.

WRDE On-site Guide Print Advertising
The WRDE On-site Guide is half the size of the WRDE Official Program, and lighter and easier to carry for attendees on the move. The WRDE On-site Guide is distributed to all attendees at the show and available at the kiosks throughout the event venue. The WRDE On-site Guide is the road map for WRDE. It includes class schedules, room locations, exhibit floor and exhibitor listings. The WRDE On-site Guide is viewed an average of six times a day by the attendees. Expected distribution 5,500.

WRDE Aisle Signs

Sponsor logo and booth number to appear on the bottom third of an aisle sign in the Exhibit Hall. Aisle signs are rigged from the ceiling of the Exhibit Hall.
Product Display Case
WRDE Product Display Cases show off your latest products or dental technology in a secured case located at the entrance to the Exhibit Hall in a high-traffic corridor with great visibility for all attendees. Each display case has three shelves. Includes tent cards on each shelf with your company name and booth number. Highlight your product line to the attendees and drive traffic to your booth.

GOBO Lighting
GOBOs (Goes Before Optics) are patterns, images, logos, or words that are projected from a projector onto a wall, floor, or another surface. GOBO lighting is a fresh and fun way to have your company logo or name visible to attendees. Sponsor logos are projected on one of the beams in the main hallway of the event venue for over 5000 attendees to see throughout the event.

WRDE Mobile App
Get in front of attendees and drive traffic to your booth to increase your ROI. At the 2019 WRDE, the WRDE Mobile App was downloaded by 2,500 attendees. In 2019, the app had 172,000 page views; there were 2,300 unique visitors on the app, and attendees viewed almost 13 pages per session for an average session duration of seven minutes.
Because WIFI is provided throughout the facility, attendees keep their phones close and use the WRDE Mobile App to view important convention notifications, course schedules, speakers, download CE certificates, view Exhibit Hall show specials, as well as review a list of vendors in the Exhibit Hall. The WRDE Mobile App is compatible with both Apple and Android phones and is free for attendees to download.

Speaker Sponsorship
Looking for a great tie-in with your product? What better way than to sponsor one of our speakers presenting on the very type of product or service your company provides? To view our current list of speakers, please visit the Western Regional Dental Experience website at
WesternRegional.org. Keep in mind that speakers are contracted approximately eight months before the event.
Cost: $2,500/speaker. $1,000/speaker with the purchase of a 10x10 booth in the Exhibit Hall

WiFi Sponsorship
WRDE has Wi-Fi in all meeting spaces throughout the convention. The password for Wi-Fi access can be changed to your company’s name (or whatever you choose for it to be).

Official Attendee Water Bottles
Sponsor the Official Attendee Water Bottles. Customized and co-branded with your logo and the Arizona Dental Association logo. The water bottle is repeatedly used by attendees at the convention and will continue to be used long after the convention ends. The sponsor can choose to distribute the water bottles from their booth in the Exhibit Hall or from a dedicated location near registration.

Official Attendee Badge Lanyards
Sponsor the Official Attendee Badge Lanyards. Lanyards distributed to over 5,000 people throughout the convention. Even better, all post-show events will show happy attendees with your company name in every photo.

Official Attendee Tote Bags
Sponsor the Official Attendee Tote Bags. The sponsor may choose from a variety of bags and print colors. Sponsor logo to appear on the official attendee tote bags along with the Arizona Dental Association’s logo. The official attendee convention tote bags are distributed to all meeting attendees (approximately 4,000 attendees) throughout the event. Your company’s logo will be seen long after the convention.

Lunch Sponsorship

Sponsor the Keynote Speaker
Be part of the kick-off of the Western Regional Dental Experience by sponsoring the Opening Keynote Speaker. This popular event draws a large crowd, which means great visibility for your company. The sponsorship includes two minutes of mic time or a two-minute video and your company’s logo on the opening slide deck, as well as the opportunity to distribute collateral outside the course room.
