AzDA Members receive up to date information through our monthly journal, Inscriptions, They turn to Inscriptions for news related to dentistry in Arizona, issues and activities from their local society, plus exclusive articles and information relating to the latest dental products and the dental community. Each month, Inscriptions is delivered to more than 2,500 Arizona dentists and is available in an interactive, user-friendly digital format that allows readers to search, zoom and even bookmark. This new digital format is available to all AzDA member dentists as well as approximately 1,000 allied members (dental hygienists, dental assistants, laboratory technicians, and dental business staff). Inscriptions also has over 200 subscribers across the US and Canada.

Fall Conference, AzDA's Annual Autumn Meeting, 
Held at Arizona's Most Pristine Resort Getaways


Held, as the name implies, each fall at one of Arizona’s most prestigious resort hotels, AzDA’s Fall Conference welcomes over 200 attendees and over 20 exhibitors providing a quality convention experience for both attendees and exhibitors.  While the Fall Conference doesn’t have the sheer volume of attendees as WRDC, sponsors have repeatedly raved that these annual relaxed, “getaway” meetings are an ideal opportunity to thoroughly engage members in a more intimate venue.

Over the last few years, AzDA’s Fall Conference has been hosted by the Ritz Carlton—Dove Mountain in Marana, as well as the Enchantment Resort in Sedona, both venues have produced record numbers of attendees. With smaller, quainter venues, exhibit booth space and advertising opportunities are kept to a minimum, so reserve your spot well in advance.

In addition to the 75+ CE courses offered at AzDA’s Western Regional Dental Convention and Fall Conference events, dental professionals can take advantage of competitively-priced, BODEX-required continuing education courses throughout the entire year. AzDA headquarters is located just minutes from Highway 101, Scottsdale Stadium, historic “Old Town” and some of the best shopping and fine dining in the Valley. Reserve one of AzDA’s board rooms to make your next event easy, stress-free and cost-effective. Take advantage of:
  • Ample break room/ kitchen (large refrigerator and freezer, microwave, and utensils).
  • Wireless Internet (wifi) is available.

  • Individually temperature controlled board rooms.

Boardroom A
Seats 25, is equipped with a large dry erase board, projector, and screen. Conference calls and audio/visual capabilities are available in this meeting room.

Boardroom B
Seats 10, is equipped with large dry erase board and plush leather chairs.

Boardroom C
Classroom seats 100 theater; 60 classroom, is equipped with large dry erase board, projector, screen, sound, DVD and VCR.

Scheduling:
  • Board rooms are available Monday-Saturday 8:00am - 7:00pm (exceptions can be made, please inquire)
  • Friday’s are available on a limited basis.  Please reserve 30 days out. 

Fine Print:
Scheduling of all rooms is done on a first-come, first-serve basis. While a scheduling conflict is extremely rare, AzDA events would have priority if an event should occur. With the exception of Fridays, your requested event date can be confirmed as far out as six months (Friday requests can be reserved up to 30 days in advance). AzDA reserves the right to refuse service.

The AzDA classroom is pre-set with tables, chairs, dry erase board and lectern at no additional charge. However, if you need audio/visual equipment there is a nominal charge for set up and usage, as well as a small charge for electrical requirements beyond normal use.
