To "Seekers" - The Arizona Dental Association defines a "Provider" as any AzDA member who owns his or her practice and practices at least two days per week in the office for which an associate is being sought. We provide this service as a member benefit to introduce "Providers" and "Seekers" whose commute/relocation and dental reimbursement requirement needs are compatible. Only those "Seeker" resumes matching the criteria specified will be forwarded to the "Provider". The listed "Providers" are not employed by The Arizona Dental Association but must be members in good standing. The Arizona Dental Association, its officers, board members and staff are not and shall not be liable for any claim, loss, cost or liability that arises out of or relates to your use of the Associate Placement Program site or any "Provider" who provides or fails to provide employment to you, the provision by a "Provider" of false or misleading information to The Arizona Dental Association or the failure of a "Provider" to meet his or her responsibilities under the rules and regulations of the State(s) in which the Dentist is licensed. |
