E. Pell Wadleigh, DDS Elected President of Northern Arizona Dental Society
Scottsdale AZ, March 13, 2007: The Northern Arizona Dental Society (NADS) a component of the Arizona Dental Association (AzDA) is pleased to announce the election of Dr. Pell Wadleigh President for 2007. Dr. Wadleigh maintains a private practice in General Dentistry in Page, Arizona. Born in Indianapolis, Indiana, Dr. Wadleigh earned his dental degree from Indiana University School of Dentistry in 1979, the same institution for which his grandfather served as Chairman of the Oral Surgery Department, and then served two years as a dentist for the Arizona Indian Public Health Service at Fort Defiance. An AzDA member since 1981, Dr. Wadleigh became a member of the NADS Board of Directors in 2004. His service to organized dentistry also comprises Secretary of the NADS Board of Directors and Member of the AzDA House of Delegates. When asked what he likes most about his career, Dr. Wadleigh says "the challenge and the art." His hobbies include competitive and power paragliding, hot air ballooning, fly fishing and traveling in his motor home. As President of NADS, Dr. Wadleigh will preside over all business conducted by the society's Board of Directors, appoint special committees, designate chairs, serve as a Delegate-at-Large to the AzDA House of Delegates and write columns for the association's publication.
