Cancellation Policy:
AzDA reserves the right to postpone, re-schedule or cancel any program at any time; to grant members priority over non-members when registering for courses/events; and to deny any request to attend any course by anyone. Attendees wishing to cancel a registration must do so in writing (see below) at least ten (10) business days prior to course/event in order to receive a refund. Cancelled course fees may not be transferred to other continuing education courses. Approved refunds will be refunded within thirty (30) days of cancellation. Written cancellations may be mailed or faxed to:
